Design stages were great but delivery was a disaster. 8 deliveres with different/ wrong items and no accountability or responsibility for customer satisfaction! If I was you, go to magnet or another supplier! Not worth the time or hassle! They won’t say sorry and no compensation given!
- RJRod JohnsonJul 10, 20251.0Absolutely the most appalling experience ever requested 14 lengths of skirting to be delivered to a job only nine lengths turned up charged for 14 lengths which they were quite happy to take very quickly off my credit card. The lengths that did turned up look like they were smoke damaged.... Really unacceptable condition. The delivery was late. Nobody communicates no one bothered to contact now I'm having to fight to get my money back and buy the skirting again.
- AAAliJun 6, 20231.0Worst most unhelpful trade counter staff iv dealt with. Guy behind counter couldn’t have cared less about helping. Can’t see why il ever be back at Howdens Bow again. I understand security principles but what i didn’t know and wasn’t advised of ways in which to get passed them. The guy just wanted me out and couldn’t be bothered dealing with the extra work required. Maybe a refresher in customer service required as there is no way the guy I dealt with has been trained to work at a service counter.
